Fullpeace AI processes this data solely for the purpose of delivering the digital human generation services you request. While we vet our partners, we do not control Fullpeace AI’s physical servers, and your data will be subject to the data protection laws of the jurisdiction in which their servers are located. 2. AI AVATAR PLATFORM & SOFTWARE ACCESS — STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE UPON ACTIVATION
Any purchases relating to software access provided by Zavenix AI Studio (including access to the Fullpeace AI Mini Program, digital human generation, voice cloning, or software credits) become 100% non-refundable the moment the system is activated.
- The Activation Rule: The moment you log into the system, activate your account, redeem your software access link, or upload any media to generate an avatar, all refund rights are permanently voided.
- Why Software is Non-Refundable: When you activate and access the platform, third-party API costs, server generation costs, and software licensing fees are immediately incurred on our end to render your avatars and videos. We cannot reverse or recover these costs once your account is active.
3. SELF-PACED ONLINE COURSES — 3-DAY CONDITIONAL REFUND WINDOW
For self-paced online video courses provided by Zavenix New Media Education, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of the original purchase date, subject to strict eligibility.
- Refund Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:
Your request is made within 3 calendar days of purchase; AND
- You have viewed or completed less than 20% of the course content; AND
- You have not downloaded, copied, or exported the proprietary templates, scripts, or materials; AND
You have not violated our Terms of Use.
- We reserve the right to determine eligibility based on our backend platform access and video-tracking logs. Our access logs are final and conclusive. If you change your mind after consuming a meaningful portion of our business frameworks, no refund will be provided.
4. LIVE ZOOM PROGRAMS & BOOTCAMPS — NO REFUNDS AFTER START
For live Zoom programs, bootcamps, or scheduled live events (such as the AI Short Video Lead Generation Camp), refunds are available only if you cancel at least 24 hours before the program start time.
- No Refunds After Program Starts: Once a live program has begun, no refunds will be provided. This applies even if you only attend part of the program, miss sessions, experience time zone issues, or fail to execute the strategies taught to achieve your desired results.
5. 1-ON-1 CONSULTING & COACHING — STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE
All 1-on-1 consulting services, strategy sessions, and advisory services are strictly non-refundable.
Why Consulting Is Non-Refundable: When you book a session, we immediately begin preparation, planning, and allocation of our resources, and we reserve capacity specifically for you, preventing us from booking other clients.
Rescheduling & No-Shows: If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the start time. Missed sessions (no-shows) or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be forfeited and counted as delivered.
6. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
We take intellectual property theft and friendly fraud very seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us to seek a resolution, we reserve the right to:
